Step into the captivating world of Ukrainian cinematography at the Filmkoepel, where, in cooperation with Haarlem4Ukraine, we present a dynamic lineup of six films offering a poignant portrayal of Ukraine’s spirit and resilience. Ranging from the Oscar-winning war documentary 20 Days in Mariupol to the intricately woven coming-of-age film Stop-Zemlia, from Luxembourg, Luxembourg road comedy to the investigative documentary Eurodonbas, the stories are set in the years leading up to the conflict or during the war itself. Each film will be introduced by its creators, providing insights into the creative process. The proceeds from ticket purchases will be sent to Ukraine for humanitarian aid purposes. All films have English Subtitles.
